Get the southwest flavor from these Mesquite Wood Chips. Native to the lower United States and Mexico, Mesquite is a leafy, hardwood tree that produces a sweet and strong flavored smoke that is perfect for red meats like beef, pork and it's also great with poultry. Soak the wood chips for at least 30 minutes before beginning. Remove the chips from the water and place them in the Napoleon Smoker Tube, then directly onto the sear plates of your gas grill, on your burning charcoal in the Apollo® 3 in 1 Charcoal Grill and Water Smoker, or into the integrated Smoker Tray in the Napoleon Prestige PRO™ Series PRO665 Gas Grill. Place the selected food onto the grill when your chips start to smoke. Avoid opening the lid of the grill while smoking to ensure the best, smoked flavor. You can also flavor your Mesquite Wood Chips with different liquids during the soaking process. The flavors that go best are cider, pineapple juice, lemonade, beer and ginger ale. Every effort is made to have your items carefully packaged and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving your order. We prioritize secure shipping to ensure each product arrives in perfect condition, but if your item is damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for consideration.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items - such as custom clearance, final sale, and perishable goods - are not eligible for return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at lisa@aspenkitchensinc.com , for return approval. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Aspen Kitchens 5020 North Nevada Ave, Suite 150. Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Please include order number inside the package when returning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns are processed withing 3-10 business day after receiving your package. Refunds can take and additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged claims must be initiated with 5 days of delivery date to be considered for a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
