Whether you are making burgers and sliders ahead of time for freezing or fresh for dinner tonight, perfectly round hamburgers can be made quickly and easily. Make hamburgers as thick or thin as you want. Make stuffed burgers by removing the cover from the handle and pressing an indent into the meat. Fill that indent with your favorite ingredients like cheese, mushrooms and hot peppers. There is no limit to the creative fillings you can use. The surface of the burger and slider press are nonstick making it easy to remove the patties as they're prepared. The burger press has a removable bottom plate for easy extraction. Make two perfectly portioned patties at once in the slider press. Taking out the fresh patties is easy with the removable bottom plate and handle. All parts of the Napoleon Gourmet Burger Press Kit are dishwasher safe, so cleaning is a breeze.

Every effort is made to have your items carefully packaged and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving your order. We prioritize secure shipping to ensure each product arrives in perfect condition, but if your item is damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for consideration.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items - such as custom clearance, final sale, and perishable goods - are not eligible for return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at lisa@aspenkitchensinc.com , for return approval. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Aspen Kitchens 5020 North Nevada Ave, Suite 150. Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Please include order number inside the package when returning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns are processed withing 3-10 business day after receiving your package. Refunds can take and additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged claims must be initiated with 5 days of delivery date to be considered for a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
